pizza, ice cream and a little drive date night!

we went for a pizza, ice cream and a little drive date night last weekend! 

it was perfect. we love being a family of 3. nothing is better. 

if you remember from this blog post found here i mentioned that we wouldn't mind a little sidekick on our little adventures we go and boy was i right. he's the best. 

we tried a new pizza place which was amazing and of course had to get subzero. 

that's always a must. 

and to end the night a drive up to the canyon to see brandon's dad grave. 

love my boys and nights like these.

happy 4 months andrew!

happy 4 months baby boy! 

time needs to slow waaaaaay down. goodness babies grow up way to fast. 

i want him to stay little forever. i love this little stage he's at right now. 

andrew we just adore you more than you'll ever know. 

*little andrew within the last month*

-giggled for the first time over daddy coughing 

-he's a boy and sure does fart's a lot 

-loves to grab his toes whenever he is laying down or getting a diaper change 

-sucks on his fingers and toes all the time

-started wearing size 2 diapers 

-can roll over from his tummy to his back and can almost roll from back to his tummy (but he still needs are help to do that) 

-likes to watch videos of himself 

-his first tooth is coming in 

-loves loves loves to stand 

-eats every 2-3 hours during the day and at night every 4-5 hours 

-naps for 45 minutes and takes one 2-3 hour nap during the day 

-super smiley 

-got 2 shots

-got one oral shot 

-weighs 13 pounds and 7 ounces 

-26 inches for his height

-13% weight, 87% height, 98% head ha 

-talks all the time 

-loves his toy football

-still loves his mama the most (which i LOVE.) 

stay little forever andrew.

fourth of july!

fourth of july this year was a good one! 

it was little andrew's first fourth. he got a new outfit. (its a must for every holiday! ha) and celebrated all day long. we drove up to idaho and floated a canal with cousins and had a bbq and took one heck of a lovely nap then headed to idaho falls to watch some fireworks!

 it was a great day indeed.

^^last year we went and got a snowcone from this little shack and my goodness still the best one ever. move to utah! got the same flavor and everything.^^

^^brandon snapped this picture while watching the fireworks. andrew was totally amazed. i didn't know if he would sleep or cry through them and he was great! little mister stayed up waaay past his bedtime but i'd say it was worth it to watch him watch those. being a parent is so fun!^^

it was a great day! 

i love the 4th and the freedom we have!!

baby's first swim!

little andrew went swimming for the first time last week! 

i wouldn't say he loved it but i also wouldn't say he hated it. 

its so exciting to me that i get to witness and experience andrew's "first time" things. 

being a mama is the absolute best! 

ps. baby in a swimming suit..... oh my heart!!!

hello! 

here are the last photos from our camping trip two weekends ago.

camping is so fun and i'm glad that my whole family does it together. 

a family that camps together stays together. ha!
