Bear Lake!

hello hello! 

well shoot. august is over and it's going to be fall and summer is practically gone and we actually went to bear lake 3 weeks ago.... what what!! 

the last week i have been spending any chance of time i got to organize all my photos and putting them on an external hard drive. 

like from dating days to our life now. there was over 15 thousand pictures. 

it was overwhelming and i'm so glad it's done! 

anyways, here is our trip to bear lake! it was beautiful.

^^this kid is funny. sometimes he won't even go into his little pool in our backyard but he will go play in this freezing lake water... i was shocked!^^

^^this picture is too good. hahahah andrew's face kills me and no i was not going to dunk him i was just throwing some water on him to rinse him off!^^

^^this was at the first day at camp when uncle lane was setting up his tent and andrew came over and started helping. IT WAS SO FLIPPING CUTE!^^

^^hubby and i got to hike minnetonka cave while andrew was napping one day and it was so cool. 

i have never hiked a cave before so i was really impressed!^^

^^these two cute boys were so cute together all week. just being little boys!^^

^^my dad rented these jet ski's for all day and it was a BLAST.

toward the end of the day he was all about playing in the water and the sand. 

watching him be happy is my happy!

guys, my yard is killing me right now. 

all the flowers are in bloom and somehow surviving this heat. 

i snapped a couple pictures just for memory and thought i'd share some here! 

^^our little garden is doing quite well... the zucchini plant is HUGE this year and we're already getting so many tomatoes. you can see more photos of our garden on instagram hashtag: #grangeslittlegarden !^^ 

^^i don't know what these are called but they're so darling!^^

^^the little rock flower garden that i just adore!^^

^^this green potato vine is growing insane! it's growing all around our patio!^^

^^the prettiest little yellow flowers!^^

^^and this pot is probably my favorite. when the sun is shining on it the little yellow flowers on the right bloom bigger but these photos were taken in the evening. 

i took probably 5 billion more of the yard and flowers but i won't bore you with them. ha! 

its crazy how much happiest planting and caring for flowers brings me. 

make sure if you have flowers and its above 90 water them twice a day! xo

downata 2016!

 holy moly summer is going so flipping fast! 

downata has already came and gone. 

this year was a little crazy cause the weekend of downata i had a photography class that same weekend too! (more on that coming soon!) 

but anyways we went up earlier to downata on a friday morning and slept over and i got up early saturday morning to drive to provo and brandon and andrew stayed back up at downata! lucky fellas. 

friday was really fun and andrew LOVED the pool. 

makes me super excited for next year to take him!  

we literally swam all day on friday minus time for lunch and playing in the dirt with cousins! 

since we swam for most of the day not a whole lot of pictures but here of some below!

it was a great time at downata this year.

our ward camp out!

JULY IS ALMOST OVER!!! 

i'm honestly a little sad over it. ha! summer is going by waaaay to fast. 

before you know it, it will be fall and all the goodness but i'm not ready for that yet. 

our summer has been a good one. july has been really busy with lots of stuff and last weekend 

we went to our ward camp out up at north fork! 

it was really fun! i'm so glad we went. 

we got up there and set up and cooked dinner with our group of ward friends.

i'll tell you what its really fun and great to have friends in your ward. 

i'm so happy we do! 

afterwards we all hung out and talked and swung on this awesome rope swing ha! 

and enjoyed time by the fire and smores.

malad summit!

over fourth of july weekend we went camping to malad summit! 

i have gone there 2 times before but brandon never has and my goodness i forgot how pretty it was up there! this place might be our new favorite little place to go! 

it was a low key weekend. filled with lots of card games and treats and reading and spending time with the family! it was a good weekend!

^^we were always the first ones up every morning (thank you andrew) and this is when him and me were just sitting around one morning and brandon goes thats a cute picture, so he goes grab my camera and andrew started to look at me and smile... 

moments like those i just wanna keep him little forever!!^^

^^on saturday we went and floated the lava hot springs river! that river is so much fun!^^

^^that river is brutal but we had a good time!^^

^^my dad took andrew on a 4 wheeler ride for maybe 5 minutes 

and he came back and andrew was out! ha ha^^ 

^^so so tired. this little boy goes so hard at camping. he loves it though and we love that he does!^^

^^right before we were heading out andrew was running around on top of the trailer and everyone was trying to grab him and he thought it was the best!^^

he makes me the happiest and makes me life full!^^
