life lately!

life lately has been wonderful.... because of little andrew. 

he makes me so happy! here are some photos of life lately and whats been going on.

^^couple weeks ago we had our first cookout of the summer!^^

^^daddy had two weeks off school and my goodness we loved every second of it!^^

^^already acted like he's 16 ha ha^^

^^went to the nursery with my mama and picked out flowers and stuff for the garden. 

this time of year is so fun!^^

^^he could stare at that little monkey alllll daaaaay looooonng.^^

^^frosted lemonade. i have no words for how much love i have for that drink. ha^^

^^couple weeks ago i went to salt lake and little andrew and i walked around temple square and little bit of city creek when hubby went and took care of some school things and my goodness was not easy by myself. little andrew decided to be a stinker that day and it didn't help that for more than half the time it was pouring rain!^^ 

^^hubby and i went on a morning saturday date! we got breakfast and McDonald's (yuck,  brandon wanted it) and went and did some errands and went to costco. ha ha it was lovely.^^

^^running into your siblings at costco... ha ha!^^

^^best friends.^^

^^we adore daddy!^^

^^brandon power washed the house and painted our front door and shutters. they look so good!^^

^^its been raining like crazy and one morning we woke up to a pond in our backyard. ha!^^

^^we planted our flowers! can't wait to see them in full bloom!^^

^^uncle ryan got his call to south Africa! so happy for him and crazy to think my baby will be 2 1/2 when he gets back. :(^^

^^ryan graduated from high school!^^

i have again no words for this picture besides that HE IS SO CUTE AND I LOVE HIM. 

seriously who knew being a parent would be this fun. 

happy two months andrew!

happy 2 months baby boy! 

how how how is my baby 2 months? goodness. he's getting so big. 

honestly stay little forever mommy wouldn't mine. 

*little andrew within the last month* 

-he knows who his mommy is and it makes me so HAPPY. 

-likes his playmat 

-he loves looking at picture frames. (we call them his friends ha!)

-wearing 0-3 clothing and some little newborns left 

-wears size 1 diapers 

-loves his hair combed and washed 

-had his first blowout 

-has the yummiest and chubby cheeks

-his eyes are still blue. (mom and dad have brown eyes so he got it from both sides of the family!)

-loves sucking his hands 

-his little eyebrows got darker 

-loves facetiming dad when he's at work 

-talks all the time. he's such a little chatter box

-loves sleeping in our bed 

-started sleeping in the bassinet

-eats every 2-3 hours during the day and 4-5 hours at night 

-takes 2 or 3 hour naps and sleeps for a 3-4 hours at night 

-still has the BEST hair ever. 

happy 2 months baby boy. we LOVE you so so so much!

mothers day!

mothers day is a special day! 

this was my first mothers day... crazy. i'm a mother and let me add to the most cutest and sweetest baby. (i'm tooting my own horn) ha it was a lovely day! it was little andrew's first time to church and he did very good. he doesn't fall asleep that good in unknown places so eventually over time he fell asleep in my arms. i will admit i had a hard time listening because i was to busy staring at my baby! 

later on we went to both mothers for mothers day and had lunch and dinner. 

we're sooo lucky they live by each other so we can do both. i told brandon all i wanted was for him to give me a massage and when we got home that day he gave me one and it was heavenly. 

thank you hubby for making me feel like i'm the best mom and thank you

 little andrew for being my baby. i love you both so darn much!

^^this was at grandma's house. she LOVES baby andrew. after we took andrew away from her she turned her head into the couch and wouldn't look at anyone. ha ha she loves him and i love her.^^

annnnnnd that's a wrap. it was a lovely day minus the fact andrew missed all his naps. 

ps. he was just soooo happy to be going to church. HAHA

you're the best one out there and i'm so lucky i have YOU to call my mom. 

my mother is one special lady. I kid you not when i say she is amazzzing at everything and beyond talented. i hope one day i can be that good at cooking and gardening and motherhood and more! 

one thing about my mama is she's the best grandma. all your grand babies are lucky to have you. 

if it wasn't for her i would hardly ever have dinner when brandon goes to school, take showers, run to the grocery store and even little andrew's finger nails would never be clipped (i'm to scared! ha)

when she's at my house and if their is dishes needing done or stuff picked off the floor she does it.

 she's the best. 

thank you mama for everything you do for me and brandon and of course andrew!

HERE is a post about what a gem she is, 

tractor time

i grew up on a farm and i loved it. 

couple weekends ago i went for a little tractor ride with my younger brother luke and then a four wheeler ride with my youngest brother lane. it was a grand old time. luke is so smart with vehicles and tractors. he's becoming a young man and it hurts my old sister heart. my little brothers need to stay little forever.... and so does andrew. ha ha i can't wait till andrew is older to ride the tractor. i'm pretty sure he will love it because he has a tractor blanket right now so it only makes sense, right?

and yes i know how to drive a tractor....... totally joking. i'd crash the dang thing.
