Emmett First Year In Video!

my sweet angel baby emmett. 

somehow this video was a year but it felt like 3 days.
I made a video like this with andrew and now emmett and i'm not going to admit how many times i've watched my babies grow up in these videos.
I will treasure these forever.

Decorating the Christmas tree!

Every year we make a video of us decorating the christmas tree and it has been such a sweet thing to watch every year! We started doing this tradition when andrew was 9 months old! 

Going back and watching that first one of when he was so so so little just melts and breaks my mama heart! Even last years video of when emmett was just a tiny little newborn!
I look at our christmas tree and hope to have it a little nicer one day but for now this is how it is..
little emmett takes down all the decorations on the bottom and pulls at the ribbon..

one second everyday - october

october was a great month! I say that almost every month but I enjoyed it! 

happy 12 months emmett!!

My baby is officially one!!!
Someone tell me it gets easier watching your little ones grow up?
Emmett is the definition of a perfect baby.
He's so happy and has the bubbliest personality.
He eats like a champ and brings SO MUCH JOY to all of our lives.
I love you angel baby. Thank you for being mine.

*some things about emmett within the last month*
- started walking everywhere 

-goes "I don't know with his hands" 

-put his hand over his mouth and makes noise 

-loves his piggy and teddy bear and squeals when holding them 

-loves alexa

-weighs 22 pounds and is 29 inches tall 

- bends over and puts his head down on the ground when upset

- loves to play and follow his brother andrew

-wearing 12 month clothing

-size 3 diapers 

-LOVES FOOD 

-loves to take a bath and play with water

-can say and sign "all done"

-loves to be outside
-says mama and dadda
-loves to play phone and pretend to talk to people
-smiles and says cheese when getting his picture taken
-has 7 teeth

-loves to play with dino
-loves to break the couch with andrew 

-favorite thing is peekaboo 

-takes 2 naps a day

I love september and it was a pretty dang good month.

happy 11 months emmett!

11 months old today!!!

The fact that next month you turn one is really hurting my mama heart!!

Emmett is really at a fun age right now.

He has always brought joy but he's pure joy!

Happiest and easiest baby!

I really hope this next month goes extra slow just for my mama heart. 

*some things about emmett within the last month*

-loves to play peekaboo and moves his body side to side to play it 

-waves goodbye 

-started to walk, still crawls but takes a few steps

-says cheese when he gets his picture taken

-can say mama, dada and cheese

-signs all done 

-loves to climb onto everything and stand up on risky things 

-wears 6-9 months and 9 month clothing 

-has 7 teeth 

-loves to yell and hear his voice

-takes 2-3 naps 

-started to give kisses

-loves loves loves food, he can always be eating 

-wearing size 3 diapers 

-loves the water 

-loves to be outside and cries if we don't take him out there

-started to play clean if he has a wash cloth 

-loves to play with big toy cars 

-still knows his nickname as tiny 

love you little emmett.
